You are a high performing Talent Sourcer who can build & cultivate strong pipelines of A-players to get them excited about working at Jumbo.
You have 1-2 years of experience sourcing for technical and/or non-technical roles at a consumer technology company. You're highly personable, pride yourself on being able to deliver results, and are motivated by the challenge of supporting the Jumbo team in hiring 20+ roles in the next year.
